Placing your order is fast and easy by phone or e-mail. We can schedule a time convenient for you to have your shed built on site.

Permits
The homeowner is responsible for zoning,
permits or covenant searches. In most areas a 10x12 which is equivalent to 120 square feet or smaller does not require a permit but make sure to check with your town hall or homeowners association before purchasing a shed.
Warranty
We offer a two year warranty on all of our products.
We reserve the right to inspect before repairing or replacing any portion of a shed found to be defective. The customer agrees to paint or stain the shed within 30 (thirty) days of completion as well as keep vegetation down around the building to allow air flow. Doors must be painted on all sides and caulked where needed.
Site prep & Travel charges
We ask our customers to have the area the shed will be placed on to be 6" inches within level and 24" inches of clearance around the area for working space. For a negotiable fee, we can also prepare the site.
Delivery within 30 miles of our Graham location is FREE.
We offer delivery throughout the State of Washington for a reasonable delivery charge.
Rates will depend on distance outside of the above listed areas.
